Useless if you live outside the USA

No matter how many times I change the settings to Celsius, KM, etc., the programs changes them back to defaults. I bought it for the Notification Center plug-in. I wanted to quickly check the temperature outside, so I pulled down NC and was shown that it is a balmy 20 degrees outside. Well Im looking at snow. Makes the app pretty useless to me. Just uninstalled it.
